Salmon with mustard dill sauce

Salmon is a superfood that's one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet, with an ample supply of B-vitamins, Omega-3 fatty acids and protein.
Ingredients
- 4 4-oz salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 1 ½ teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Cook
Heat oven to 400°. Place salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet. Season fillets with salt and pepper to taste. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spread sauce over top of fillets. Roast until cooked through, about 12–15 minutes.
If you prefer, this recipe can also be cooked on the grill. Wrap the salmon in foil greased with cooking spray and cook on low to medium heat for 20 minutes.
Serve
Serve with a side dish, such as a sweet potato, green beans with mushrooms and shallots, cauliflower rice with peas and mushrooms, or a strawberry-spinach salad.
