If you are a member

If you are covered by Wellmark insurance or have wellness services with Wellmark through your employer, you can reset your password or recover your email address for myWellmark^®.

If you have Medicare Advantage, please go to the Medicare Advantage member portal to log in or for help signing in. If you have Medicare Supplement, follow the instructions for myWellmark above.

If you are a personal representative

If you represent a Wellmark member for interoperability, you can recover your email address or reset your password.

If you are a non-interoperability personal representative, reset your password or recover your email address for myWellmark^®.

If you are a provider, broker, agent or employer group administrator

Contact the designated security coordinator (DSC) of your organization for assistance.

You can recover your user ID or recover your password.

If you are a developer

If you are a Wellmark developer or admin developer, your user ID is your email address, but you can send a notification to the email on account or reset your password.

All others

If you have a secure email account with Wellmark, you can recover your user ID or reset your password.
