Welcome to Live Healthy BlueSM!

As a Wellmark Advantage Health PlanSM member, we care about your health and well-being, so we're offering you access to the Live Healthy Blue rewards program.

With Live Healthy Blue, you can take charge of your health and earn rewards that can be redeemed for gift cards. Simply sign up for Live Healthy Blue to begin!

  1. Go to WellmarkAdvantageHealthPlan.com/Login.
  2. Log in or create an account to access your member portal.
  3. Select "Manage Wellness & Rewards" to access your Live Healthy Blue account.

  1. On your smartphone, download the Live Healthy Blue app. To download the app, search for "Live Healthy Blue MA" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Message and data rates may apply.
  2. Click "Sign In With Code." A code will display on the screen.
  3. Write this code down.
  4. Log into your member portal at WellmarkAdvantageHealthPlan.com/Login and click "Manage Wellness & Rewards" to be taken to your Live Healthy Blue account.
  5. From the Live Healthy Blue website, select the drop down next to your name and click "Account Details."
  6. Scroll down and click "Enter 6 Character Code."
  7. Enter the 6 character code shown in the mobile app and click “Submit.”
  8. You are now logged in to the Live Healthy Blue app and can review the activities you need to complete to earn rewards from your phone!
