MedicareBlue Supplement Plan G

Plan G provides broad benefits. All you’re responsible for is your monthly premium and your Part B deductible, and Plan G takes care of the rest. Plan G is another popular plan among Wellmark members.

MedicareBlue Supplement High Deductible Plan G

High Deductible Plan G, our lowest cost option, provides the same coverage as regular Plan G after you meet an annual deductible. If your needs change, you can switch to regular Plan G at any time or after one year to avoid answering health questions.

MedicareBlue Supplement Plan F

Plan F is available only to those who are eligible for Medicare prior to Jan. 1, 2020. Learn more about the changes to Medicare supplement Plan F on BlueSM.  This is a hassle-free plan; just pay your premiums, and the plan pays the rest of your Medicare-covered services, including Part B excess costs.

MedicareBlue Supplement Plan N

Plan N is a lower-cost plan with small copays. You pay lower premiums with Plan N, but you're responsible for copays of up to $20 for office visits and up to $50 for emergency room visits.

MedicareBlue Supplement Plan D

Plan D provides balanced coverage for a lower monthly premium. Plan D covers many out-of-pocket costs associated with Original Medicare, though you’re responsible for paying the Part B deductible and any Part B excess charges.

MedicareBlue Supplement Plan A

Plan A provides basic benefits with guaranteed acceptance. That means you can be enrolled in Plan A regardless of any health issues.
