Register for myWellmark®

Let myWellmark put your claims, benefits and health tools at your fingertips. You'll need your Wellmark ID card to get started, and registration takes only a few minutes. 

See your Wellmark ID and enter the details exactly as they appear on the card.

Next, fill in your name, birth date and contact information.

To ensure only you have access to your personal health information, we ask for the last four digits of your Social Security number and your relationship to the primary member (self, spouse, dependent). We always keep this information safe and confidential.

Finally, tell us if you want to receive electronic communications (email) from us and, if you're the primary member, whether you'd like to receive Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements online.

First, set up your myWellmark User ID and password. You'll need them every time you want to access your account.

Choose and answer security questions. These help us identify you if you ever forget your User ID or password.

Accept the terms and conditions for using myWellmark and submit your registration.
