Registration Information

There are two easy ways to register for myWellmark. You'll need to enter:

  • Your Wellmark ID number, date of birth and last four digits of your Social Security number; OR
  • Your date of birth and full Social Security number, if you don't have your Wellmark ID number on hand

Create your account

Enter your email address and password. You'll need them each time you want to access your account. For your security, the email address you use to register cannot be currently used by another myWellmark account.

While entering your cellphone number is optional, it gives you additional notification options. You can also enter it at a later time by going to the "Profile" tab in myWellmark.

Next, certify your identity and agree to the terms and conditions.

Activate your account

Once you complete registration, you will receive an email to confirm your account. Check your email and click on "active my account." If this step is not completed within seven days, your registration will expire. If this happens, don't worry — you can register again. Didn’t get an email? Make sure to check your SPAM or junk folder.

After clicking the link in your email, you can now log in! Tip: Head to the "Profile" tab to set up your notifications for convenient, digital alerts.
