Fruit wands with strawberry cheesecake dip
4–6 servings
There’s something magical that happens when you serve nutritious food on a stick — kids often eat it up without complaint! Look for lollipop sticks in the baking aisle of a craft or big box store.
Ingredients
- 1 cup berries (any kind)
- 1 cup melon cubes or balls
- 2 kiwi, sliced and peeled
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- ½ cup fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons honey

Cook
Place the fruit onto paper lollipop sticks.
Place the yogurt, strawberries, lemon juice, vanilla and honey into a blender. Blend until very smooth.
Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Serve
Stir dip before serving. Serve with the fruit wands.
