Ingredients
- ½ cup old-fashioned oats
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- ¼ cup dried cherries
Cook
- Combine oats, flour, and flax seed.
- In a separate bowl, combine honey, vanilla, and almond butter.
- Combine the dry and wet mixtures. Stir in chocolate chips and cherries. Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes, shape into 12 (1-inch) balls. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
