Dark chocolate cherry no-bake bites

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup dried cherries

Cook

  1. Combine oats, flour, and flax seed.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine honey, vanilla, and almond butter.
  3. Combine the dry and wet mixtures. Stir in chocolate chips and cherries. Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes, shape into 12 (1-inch) balls. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
