Strawberry cauliflower smoothie

Tucking a serving of veggies into a sweet smoothie is a simple way to up your kid’s produce intake. Freeze washed and dried cauliflower in zip-top freezer bags or pick up a bag already frozen from the freezer aisle.
Ingredients
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 small sliced frozen banana
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (or nut butter)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Cook
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until very smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl and adding more liquid if needed.
Serve
Serve immediately.
