Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie

High in fiber, nutrition and flavor, raspberries are also low in calories. Using fresh dates as a sweetener adds extra nutrition to this satisfying smoothie.
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 ripe bananas, frozen
- 2 tablespoons cashews
- 3 dates, pitted
- Optional — raspberries and almond slices, to garnish
Cook
Combine first five ingredients in a blender until smooth. Optional — top with raspberries and crushed almond slices.
