Peanut butter and jelly smoothie bowl

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 2–3 tablespoons milk or milk substitute
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- Optional toppings: sliced almonds, granola, chia seeds, fresh berries, sliced banana, coconut flakes, hemp seeds, flax seeds, chocolate chips
Blend
Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend on low into small bits. Slowly add milk and peanut butter and blend on low until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
Serve
Scoop into a serving bowl and top with desired toppings.
