Green machine smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups pear nectar or juice
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 cup frozen kale leaves
  • Half a peeled avocado
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and halved
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

Cook

Pour the pear nectar into a blender container. Add banana, kale and avocado. Blend. Add kiwi, mango and pineapple. Blend again until smooth.
