Green machine smoothie

Ingredients
- 1½ cups pear nectar or juice
- 1 large ripe banana, peeled
- 1 cup frozen kale leaves
- Half a peeled avocado
- 2 kiwis, peeled and halved
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
Cook
Pour the pear nectar into a blender container. Add banana, kale and avocado. Blend. Add kiwi, mango and pineapple. Blend again until smooth.
