Creamy balsamic vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 2 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cook

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until creamy and smooth.

Serve

Store remaining dressing in the refrigerator for 5–7 days.
