Blue Cheese Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup low-fat buttermilk
  • ½ cup plan fat-free yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
  • ½ cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese

Cook

  1. Combine first six ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk until blended.
  2. Stir in onions and cheese.

Serve

Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
