Blue Cheese Buttermilk Dressing
Ingredients
- ½ cup low-fat buttermilk
- ½ cup plan fat-free yogurt
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
- ½ cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
Cook
- Combine first six ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk until blended.
- Stir in onions and cheese.
Serve
Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
