Cinnamon Roll in a Mug

Ingredients
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons milk or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cook
Coat the inside of mug with cooking spray. Add first six ingredients and mix together. If necessary, add more milk for desired consistency. (Batter should be thick, but not dry.) Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top of the mixture in the mug. Microwave on high for about 90 seconds.
