Blueberry Muffin in a Mug

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milled flax seed
- 2 tablespoons flour or almond flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ½ cup blueberries
- 2-4 teaspoons of sugar or sweetener of your choice
Cook
Coat the inside of the mug with cooking spray. Add egg and whisk with fork. Add next five ingredients and whisk thoroughly. Fold in blueberries. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
