Fruity Chicken Dip

Heart Healthy Quick & Easy 16 servings

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked chicken, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. light salad dressing (not mayo)
  • ½ cup Mandarin orange canned, drained, cut into thirds

Cook

Mix together all ingredients, except crackers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with reduced-fat crackers.
