Apple salsa

Here's a twist on traditional salsa.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium apples, chopped
  • 3 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries (or 1 16-oz box)
  • 2 tablespoons apple jelly (melt for a few seconds in microwave)

Cook

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped fruit.
  2. Stir in brown sugar and apple jelly.

Serve

Serve with graham crackers or vanilla wafers.
