Blue cheese buttermilk dressing



½ cup low-fat buttermilk
½ cup plain fat-free yogurt
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
½ cup thinly sliced green onions
½ cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese



Combine first six ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk until blended. Stir in onions and cheese. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
