Pesto chicken and grape pizza

Serves 4



1 pre-made whole-wheat pizza crust
⅓ cup refrigerated pesto
1½ cups seedless red grapes, halved
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup sliced green onions




Preheat oven to 450°. Place crust on pizza pan. Spread pesto evenly over crust. Arrange grapes evenly over crust; top with chicken, garlic and mozzarella; sprinkle with Romano and pepper. Bake at 450° for 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle with onions and serve immediately.
