½ cup honey
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup natural creamy peanut butter
2 cups quick oats
¼ cup ground flax
¼ cup green pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
¼ finely chopped dried apples
½ tsp apple pie spice
Mix honey, coconut oil, peanut butter and oats. In separate bowl, combine flax, pepitas, apples and spice. Combine mixtures and stir well.
Spread onto a baking pan and refrigerate for two hours. Cut and serve while chilled.
