Hot parmesan artichoke spread

Serves 12



4 medium green onions, chopped
1 (16 oz.) jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
½ cup light mayonnaise
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Red pepper flakes (to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste)



Heat oven to 350º F. Mix green onions, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise and cheese in an ungreased casserole dish.

If you prefer a spicier taste, add some red pepper flakes and/or garlic powder. Cover and bake 20-25 minutes or until hot. Serve on crackers or sliced baguettes.
