Ferenc Csatlós Vice President, Iowa Operations — Customer Service
Ferenc, "Frici" (pronounced Fritzi) Csatlós holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in computer information systems/international business and a Master's in Business Administration both from the University of Toledo. He also is a Certified Change Management Professional, PMP, holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and an Advanced Program Management Certification from Stanford University.
Csatlós joined Wellmark in July of 2017 as vice president — Operations, Customer Service. In partnership with Customer Experience, Sales, and Technology, Csatlós is responsible for developing a people-focused strategy enabling front-line employees to provide consistent exceptional customer experience to members, providers, and stakeholders.
Prior to joining Wellmark, Csatlós formerly served as vice president, enterprise program management office for the Erie Insurance Group. He was the associate vice president, operational planning and senior director, workforce management and performance improvement for Nationwide Insurance. He also served as regional technology manager for Comcast Corporation. Csatlós started his career as a customer service representative and quickly rose to leadership.
