Jerry Fiala Vice President, Business Analytics

As the vice president, business analytics, Jerry Fiala is responsible for leading business analysis, data science, performance reporting and data governance.

Jerry started his career as a software engineer at Honeywell developing military avionics. After the completion of his MBA, he held brand management roles at PepsiCo and Sony Electronics. He then transitioned into financial services as a director of digital strategy for Advanta. Jerry then spent 16 years at Capital One in executive roles leading digital strategy, cross sell, customer management and loss mitigation.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Minnesota and later obtained his MBA from Brigham Young University.
