Myke Matuszak Vice President, Technology Infrastructure
Myke Matuszak is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where he earned both his bachelor’s degree in technical communications and master’s degree in organizational design and development.
As vice president of Technology Infrastructure, Matuszak is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of infrastructure services, data center operations, service management, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining Wellmark, Matuszak served as the senior vice president and managing director of IT operations at First Niagara Financial Group. His diverse background includes more than two decades of information technology roles across multiple industries. He brings with him extensive experience in leading data centers and related services, enterprise architecture teams, and designing cloud-enabled reference architectures.
Earlier in his career, he served as the director of claims systems for Nationwide Insurance and played a number of executive roles in IT operations, strategy, and architecture for National City and PNC Banks. He was also an executive leadership partner with Gartner where he provided advisory services to CIOs and other IT Executives, and served almost 10 years as an officer in the U.S. Army and National Guard.
