Mindy Moss Vice President, Talent Management
As Vice President of Talent Management, Mindy Moss leads the teams responsible for talent acquisition, organizational development, HR consulting, talent practices, and leadership effectiveness. She and her team collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure Wellmark has the optimal talent in place to deliver our Making Health Care Better strategy.
Before joining Wellmark in 2022, Mindy served in various HR Leadership roles at Principal Financial for 21 years. Prior to that, she worked in Sales and HR capacities at Maytag Appliances. She brings strong experience consulting and collaborating with executives and leaders to achieve business results.
Mindy serves on the Board of Directors for ChildServe, Inc. and previously was a Deputy for the Iowa Business Council.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa.
