So, we offer a flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) program that combines vacation, personal leave and sick leave into a single "time bank.” With time in the bank, our employees make the withdrawals that give them the balance they need.

Employees are encouraged to put their passion to work and affect change through the BluesCare Giving program. For every 24 hours you volunteer in the community, you can designate $1,000 to the qualifying nonprofit of your choice. We also support what you support, matching your financial contributions to eligible nonprofits, dollar-for-dollar.
