Registration for Wellmark.com allows access to many time-saving tools. 

 

Put down the phone. Chances are the information you're looking for is online. It all starts with getting registered. This page will walk you through the process. With Wellmark.com you can:

  • View and download provider claim remittances (Online PCRs)
  • Check member eligibility, benefits and accumulations 
  • Check claim status
  • Ask and track a question
  • Send Wellmark pre-service and authorization requests 
  • View clinician fee schedules 
  • Submit electronic claims 
Wellmark.com was designed with you in mind:
 

Whether you’re a contracted provider participating in one or more of our networks or want to submit claims for services provided to our members, access to Wellmark.com makes it easy for you to work with us. Each has its own process for getting started.

  • Participating providers Providers who have entered into a services agreement (contract) with Wellmark to deliver health care services to Wellmark members as an in-network provider.
  • Non-participating providersProviders who do not participate in any Wellmark network, but who are interested in submitting claims for health care services provided to Wellmark members.

Participating providers

 

Once you have received a notification letter indicating your network effective dates, you are considered a participating provider. Follow the two steps outlined below to register for Wellmark.com.

 

 

Step 1 - Register

Assign a main designated security coordinator (DSC)

As your organization's "hub" for everything you do with Wellmark.com, the main DSC has a number of responsibilities, such as:

  • Completion of the registration process.

  • Assigning access rights for staff to various applications.

  • Logging in to Wellmark.com at least every 90 days.
Tip: Wellmark accepts one Main DSC per tax identification number (TIN). Our system will indicate whether the TIN is already registered.

 

 

Step 2 - Register

Complete online registration

Read the Terms and Conditions. After clicking “I Accept,” complete the Main DSC registration form. Select "OK" to complete the process.

Non-participating providers

 

If you have not signed a contract and have applied to only submit claims to Wellmark, you are considered a non-participating provider. Follow the three steps below to register for Wellmark.com.

 

Step 1 - Register

Assign a main designated security coordinator (DSC)

As your organization's "hub" for everything you do with Wellmark.com, the main DSC has a number of responsibilities, such as:

  • Completion of steps 2 and 3.

  • Assigning access rights for staff to various applications upon completion of registration process.

  • Log in to Wellmark.com at least every 90 days.
Important: The Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and e-mail address provided on the agreement (Step 2) and on your online registration (Step 3) must match.

 

 

Step 2 - Register

Request a web-based applications access agreement

  • Fill out the online request form
  • An agreement will be sent back to you through DocuSign to complete and sign.

 

 

Step 3 - Register

Complete online registration

  • "Accept" the online Terms and Conditions.
  • Complete the main DSC registration form.
  • Select "OK" to complete the process.
