Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield has changed the layout and appearance of paper remittance documents. The revised remittance is called the Provider Claim Remittance (PCR). Changes were made to reduce waste, provide greater detail, and improve usefulness for your office.

The Electronic Remittance Advice (835) format is not changing.
