Remember these three things when using your pharmacy benefits:
1	Always visit a network pharmacy that participates in your drug plan. If you're not sure, ask your pharmacist or refer to the pharmacy directory.
2	Always show your ID card to your pharmacist when you get a prescription filled. Your network pharmacist will submit your bill for you.
3	Never send in a paper claim form unless you have been instructed to do so by your pharmacist.
