Learn about changes to the Wellmark Drug List effective July 1, 2009.

To determine if you have drug coverage through Wellmark, look for the Rx BIN number in the upper right corner of your Wellmark identification card. Please check your benefits certificate, coverage manual, or policy for details about your pharmacy plan, including what drugs are covered and your out-of-pocket costs.

Catalyst Rx is Wellmark’s pharmacy benefit manager. Catalyst Rx contracts with more than 60,000 independent and chain pharmacies throughout the United States.* Advantages of using a pharmacy that contracts with Catalyst Rx include:

• Claims are filed electronically by the pharmacy
• The pharmacist can check for duplicative therapies or interactions from drugs dispensed by other network pharmacies
