Community Wellness Program Information Available at www.wellmark.com

You now have access to the Whole Health Dimensions Community Wellness Program information located on the Broker section at www.wellmark.com to learn more about the program and find a free employer workshop you can invite your customers to attend.

The Community Wellness Program is just one of the many resources available through Whole Health Dimensions to help small businesses improve employee health and productivity.

With the online Community Wellness Program information, you can help engage small business employer groups with the following:

  • Look up wellness events by going to the online Wellness Calendar, or the Community Resource Guide which lists local wellness resources for health eating, physical activity, smoking cessation, and disease screening
  • Locate upcoming Employer Workshops you can invite your customers to attend
  • Use customized materials promoting the Community Wellness Program
  • Find out how to get your customers registered for a workshop
  • Review Blue Briefings articles with detailed information on the Community Wellness Program

To access the Community Wellness Program:

  • Go to www.wellmark.com
  • Select the Broker tab
  • Select Whole Health Dimensions under Resources in the left navigation
  • Select Community Wellness Program under Additional Resources at the bottom of the page (or) select the spotlight graphic (apple) in the upper right corner
