Proposal Review and Scoring
The Foundation evaluates Letters of Interest (LOI)
using a score sheet (pdf)
that applies numeric values to each of the criteria outlined below. The
sections are scored as follows for a total possible score of 100
points:

of idea
- Community collaboration
- Cutting-edge/learning opportunity
- Meets the Foundation’s high
priority criteria
