2009 Request for Proposals

In 2009, the Foundation has released two separate Requests for Proposals (RFP), one for each priority funding area.

Proposals addressing community-based wellness and prevention will be considered in our second funding opportunity through the Healthy Communities Grant Program: Supporting a Culture of Wellness and Prevention (pdf) grant cycle.

Proposals addressing childhood obesity prevention were considered in our initial funding opportunity of 2009 through the Growing Up LEAN: Living to be Energetic, Active, & Nutritious Grant Program.
