Letter of Interest (LOI) Scoring Tool
A standardized scoring tool (pdf) will be utilized by reviewers to evaluate Letters of Interest for the 2013 MATCH grant program. This tool is shared with applicants so they may self-assess their application during the proposal development process.

As always, potential grant applicants also are invited to contact Wellmark Foundation staff directly to ask specific questions related to individual proposal ideas.

March 13, 2013, Conference Call
An optional toll-free, conference call will be offered from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (Central time) on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, to allow prospective grant applicants the ability to: 1) learn more about our approach to project support in 2013; and, 2) allow you direct access to ask Wellmark Foundation staff about anything related to the application process that needs clarity to best position your proposed project concept(s).
