Letter of Interest (LOI) Scoring Tool
A standardized scoring tool (pdf) will be utilized by reviewers to evaluate Letters of Interest for both 2011 Healthy Communities Grant Programs. This tool is shared with applicants so they may self-assess their application during the proposal development process.

Question and Answer Conference Call
An optional toll-free teleconference call was held from on February 23, 2011. The call allowed prospective grant applicants the ability to:

1. Learn more about our two application options in 2011.
2. Allow community members direct access to ask Wellmark Foundation staff about anything related to the application process that needs clarity to best position your proposed project concept(s).
