Credentialing: Credentialing Committee Review

This committee consists of seven primary care or specialty physicians.

• Six members are Wellmark participating providers
• The seventh member on the committee is a Wellmark medical director

Once the committee has reviewed your profile, you will be notified of the committee's decision within 60 days.
