• HealthGrades Nursing Home Quality Report: Find data on more than 15,000 nursing homes nationwide through HealthGrades, an independent health care quality company. Purchase nursing home comparison reports or reports on individual nursing homes, including state inspection reports, investigated complaints, and analysis of reoccurring problems.
   
• Nursing Home Compare: Compare nursing homes that are Medicare- or Medicaid-certified and review detailed information about individual nursing homes at the Medicare Web site.
   
• Home Health Compare: Use Medicare's Web site to review detailed information on the past performance of Medicare- and Medicaid-certified home health services providers nationwide, from nursing care to physical therapy providers.
