Here's how to access Select Quality Care:

Step Action

1 Go to the BlueCard Doctor and Hospital Finder.

2 Enter the three-letter alpha prefix from your Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield member ID card in the Identification Prefix field to continue.

3 Choose Review hospital profiles under Related Links on the right.

4 Accept Terms & Conditions.

5 Select a category and procedure/diagnosis from the drop-down menus, enter your zip code or town, and click Continue. Select the hospitals you wish to view data on and click Continue to view the report for those hospitals.
