If you’re pregnant or thinking about becoming pregnant, you probably have lots of questions. The Pregnancy Care program offers valuable information and personal support for moms-to-be and new parents, including:

• 24/7 nurse phone support to answer pregnancy and baby care questions
• Nurse case managers for high-risk pregnancies
• Educational materials and a pregnancy workbook
• Monthly mailings by gestational age of baby

The goal of the Pregnancy Care program is to work with your health care provider to keep you as healthy as possible throughout your pregnancy. Program participants receive educational materials and counseling with a registered nurse or other health care professional based on your condition and lifestyle factors. You’ll also receive a $15 gift card for completing the Pregnancy Care program.*

Members who have a pregnancy-related claim will receive a phone call inviting them to join the program. You can also enroll or find out more about the program by calling the Pregnancy Care Line at (866) 460-9742 or you may enroll online. This program is available at no extra cost to you.**
