Breakfast Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
1 8-ounce container of non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup skim milk
Dash of cinnamon
Directions
In a blender, combine bananas, yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses, sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon, and serve
immediately. Yields two servings.
