Sandwich Waffles
Ingredients
2 reduced-fat, whole-grain frozen waffles
1/2 cup frozen vanilla or chocolate yogurt, softened
1/2 cup chopped strawberries or raspberries
1 tablespoon light chocolate syrup
Directions
Toast the waffles. Spread frozen yogurt over one waffle and sprinkle
with berries. Top with remaining waffle and drizzle with light chocolate
syrup. Cut in half. Yields two servings.
