Easy Macaroni & Cheese
Ingredients
1/2 cup 1 percent milk
6 ounces of processed cheese spread
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups hot, cooked macaroni noodles, preferably whole wheat
Directions
Combine the first four ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat,
stirring frequently. Cook until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in
macaroni. Serve immediately. Yields four 1-cup servings.
