Creamy Fruit & Vegetable
Dip
Ingredients
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 8-ounce container of low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup light whipped topping
Apple wedges, strawberries, celery sticks, grapes
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter and yogurt. Add whipped
topping and mix well. Serve with fresh fruit or celery sticks. Yields
12 servings of 2 tablespoons each.
