Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients
2 cans (14 1/2 ounce) low-fat, low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup onions, chopped fine
1/4 cup carrots, chopped fine
1/4 cup celery, chopped fine
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 cup cooked chicken, cubed
Directions
In a saucepan, combine the chicken broth and vegetables over medium heat
for 5 to 10 minutes. Add noodles and chicken and heat to boiling. Reduce
heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Serve
hot. Yields four servings.
