The Whole Health Dimensions Community Wellness Program is a first-of-its-kind outreach model to engage members in prevention and healthy lifestyle activities.

Community Wellness Coordinators located throughout Wellmark's service area provide these services to small businesses in their territory:

• Employer workshops. Hands-on training that walks participants through the basic steps of starting a wellness program, and gives them materials to start a program at their workplace.
• Member seminars. Sessions on healthy lifestyle topics such as managing stress, nutrition, prevention and self-care, and more.
• Community calendar and resource guide. Local events and resources for nutrition, exercise, disease support, and other healthy lifestyle activities.

* If you are registering on behalf of a customer as well as yourself, please register each person individually.
