COBRA administration is only available for Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue
Shield products.

- Providing COBRA notices for group distribution to covered employees
and new enrollees as an initial notice and to qualified beneficiaries
at
the time of a COBRA qualifying event.
- Assisting with COBRA questions and issues.
- Providing customized COBRA election forms for group distribution at
the time of a COBRA qualifying event.
- Handling all premium billing and collection, including invoicing COBRA
participants and tracking payments.
- Sending rate change letters to COBRA participants or notifing COBRA
qualified beneficiaries of options available during open enrollment or
re-enrollment.
- Tracking eligibility and handling the required participant notification
during the final 180 days of coverage.
