Posters are a quick and easy way to get your message across. Posting them in high traffic areas of your business will help you reach the majority of your employees.

Poster tips

Here are some tips for using posters as part of your employee education program:

• Don’t display the posters all at one time. This diminishes the power of each. Instead, post them for a set time period (two weeks to one month) so that the messages have a chance to be internalized by your employees.

• Display the posters in common employee areas (for example: breakrooms, around the time clock, etc.).
  
  


• Promptly replace any posters that become worn or defaced.
