Secure E-Message

With the adoption of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), it is required that all confidential information exchanged electronically be secured. To help implement this important security measure, Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield is partnering with ZixCorp services to ensure all e-mail exchanges containing protected health information (PHI) remain confidential.

You only need to register once and you will have access to your personal Secure E-Message mailbox. This section will help you understand:

• Registering
• Logging in
• Replying/composing
• Obtaining a direct connection
• Brokers, Employers and Providers
