Secure E-Message

BlueConnection® Registered Users Validation Process

If you have already registered to access Wellmark's BlueConnection self-service tools, you are automatically registered to read secure e-messages from Wellmark. However, you must first complete a one-time validation of your e-mail address.

Below are the steps you must take in order to validate your BlueConnection registered e-mail address and password with Wellmark. After you complete this one-time security measure, accessing your Wellmark Secure E-Message inbox is fast and secure.

1.	You receive an e-message notification in your personal e-mail inbox notifying you that you have a message from Wellmark in your Secure E-Message mailbox. Note: The word SecureMessage will appear at the beginning of the subject line.
2.	Select the hyperlink in your e-message notification. This will launch the Secure E-Message login page in your browser.
3.	Type your BlueConnection user ID and password, then select the Log In button. A page will return asking you to validate that the e-mail address Wellmark has on file is correct. Remember: This is a one-time security check. If ... Then ... A page returns stating: Your e-mail address does not match the one that Wellmark has on file for you, OR Wellmark does not have an e-mail address on file for you, Follow the prompts to add/change your e-mail address.

4.	Return to your personal e-mail inbox and read the message from Wellmark Web Security. Select the link in your message to verify that you received the message. This will launch a Web access login page in your browser.
5.	Type your BlueConnection user ID and password, then select the OK button. An e-mail address validation page will return in your browser window.
6.	Select the link, Access your Secure E-Message inbox. A Secure E-Message login page will return in your browser window.
7.	Type your BlueConnection user ID and password, then select the Log In button.
8.	View your secure e-message from Wellmark.
