Community Wellness Coordinators (CWCs) CWCs are dedicated resources who make health and wellness connections for Wellmark employers and members. Located throughout Wellmark’s service area, CWCs collaborate with local businesses, providers, and community groups to identify resources to address the health issues specific to their part of the state.

CWCs engage Wellmark members in prevention and wellness through:

• Employer Workshops — Hands-on training on building a healthy workplace.
• Member Seminars — Community-based sessions for employees on healthy lifestyle topics such as managing stress, nutrition, prevention and self-care, and more.
• Wellness Resources  — Database of local connections for exercise, nutrition, disease support, and other wellness activities.
• Wellness Calendar  — Listing of health & wellness events around the state, as well as Community Wellness programming.
