Employee Volunteer Program

Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield also forges connections by providing resources for health promotion and community events.  With nearly 1,800 employees, Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield has a network of volunteers who are committed to making a difference in their communities.  Our employees can utilize up to 24 hours of paid time off each year in order to volunteer  for health care-related community projects.

Last year alone, Wellmark employees dedicated hundreds of hours of their time, talents and energies to help make their communities better places to live.
